I saw another fun technique for getting funky pattern on paper - add a drop of ink on paper and blow on it through a straw. If you manage to blow right in the center, you get a neat starburst effect. If blow at an angle, you get a web-like squiggly pattern. Stay safe !

    • @jackielubeck
      @jackielubeck Před 3 lety +1

      If you dye the paper using a large sheet of drawing paper underneath (instead of newspaper) then this drop sheet gets all the drippings from the coffee and after some sessions, it's usable as coffee dyed paper. And it has lots of different moods. AND I just did a second layer on some already dyed paper using your notes and it's great. My big problem is how to dye digitals after they are in the book. I just wipe or spray on them and the bleeding of inks is ok with me as sometimes the digitals are too romantic... you know. J
