Naughty Attributes can do most of this things (free and open source).
Where Odin shines (IMHO), it's how easy it is to make editor windows.
Agree, Naughty Attributes has most of useful features. However, I still prefer Odin. It's more flexible for custom things. Such as layouts, editor windows, custom drawers.
