Whether you’re recovering from an injury or dealing with spinal issues, these exercises can make a real difference.
    🔍 Why Trunk Stability Matters: Our trunk stability-the strength and control of our core muscles-is crucial for everyday activities. Look out for these signs that your trunk stability needs some TLC:
    1. Bent Torso: Does your upper body lean to one side?
    2. Hunchback Posture: Feeling a bit like Quasimodo?
    3. Stiffness and Spasticity: Tight muscles that won’t cooperate.
    🚶‍♀️ The Importance of Trunk Stability: Maintaining trunk stability helps us stay balanced while standing, walking, and even sitting-whether it’s on your bed or the toilet!
    🎯 Target Audience: These exercises are for anyone-whether you’re dealing with balance issues or simply want to strengthen your trunk. Let’s dive in!
    🏋️‍♀️ Exercise Series:
    1. Engage Your Core: Imagine pulling your belly button toward your spine.
    2. Elbow to Knee: bring your elbow to the opposite knee 10x
    3. Knee Push-Ups: Engage your back muscles while balancing on your knees.
    4. Clock Reaching: Imagine you’re the hands of a clock-reach and hold each number.
    5. Trunk Rotation: Rotate clockwise and counterclockwise with a water bottle.
    6. Table Plank: Engage your core while balancing on a table.
    7. Single Arm carry Hold a water bottle over your head or iwth elbows bent or straight to the side and walk forward and back. As it gets easier, try walking around your house. Engage all your core muscles!
