I weighed 89 (just a little more than the 2 year old boy)lbs at 13 and then again in my early 30's, and while I'm a bit bigger than that right now, I'm *supposed* to weigh 115 (which is just a little under what the 4 year old weighs). Its hard for me to even get my mind around the idea little kids like that weighing the same as adult weights like this.
How do you lose weight? Try NOT DOING what people do to gain it. Mike Henry, the 1996 Olympic weightlifter, ate his vegetables fried in bacon fat, had a cheeseburger for a bedtime snack, drank a litre of cola a day, had massive burger/fries lunches, fatty breakfasts, etc. Have whole wheat toast for breakfast, turkey sandwitches and salad for lunch, the same for diner, have apples/oranges for snacks. And throw out all processed foods.
That's so sad. Needless to say, I was a lot older when I hit 83 pounds. I'm sure he could be a cute kid. Does that amount of extra weight age you? Does anyone know?
