South Hyderabad is the happening now. Very good options available under Rs 10000 per sq yard. East and West hyderabad can be considered as dull zones. West is out of bound for many people and lot of unnecessary hype has been created.

What’s your view on Silpa grove venture on mumbai highway?..is it safe to invest there?
They are quoting aroung 20-22k/sq yard
They don't help with ventures they don't have tie-ups with. I contacted their team to get their advice (for a consultation fee) a while ago. They never scheduled my appt, and they are not really interested in consultancy. Especially now with Asset Gain which develops and sells plots. So my guess is that they will try to push those properties. I could be wrong but this is based on my personal experience.
