Well, after viewing the slow motion at a speed of 0.25x, I have a different opinion. it appears that Eden twisted himself his ankle and shin when falling after Meunier's block, whereas at first I always thought that Meunier had crushed his foot. So it is more bad luck than dirty play.

@@antoonsoetenshealth at 6:12 in 0.25x speed, however we can clearly see that from another view angle at 6:22, the twist is due to Meunier's tackle. So I was wrong ! It just too bad this incident happened, as a Belgian I really like both player, and they are magic when they play together for the Belgian Team. But I have some good hopes from the last two games against Leche, that Eden is coming back to his top level. In my opinion his game was great, it is just unfortunate that for a lot of people, the only thing that matters is a goal score.

You completely miss the point. Celebration is a function of how much the goal matters to you, not how fancy the goal is. This was a big game against PSG who had beat Madrid 3-0 in the other fixture leading to a ton of criticism against Madrid, so the goal mattered a ton.
