Bro I went to my freinds house that lives in a basement, and his mom had to leave so it was just me and him, we started getting negative vids and we got a lil scared, then we thought we heard something in his closet so I went to open it but stoped, then right a I was about to knock we heard three loud bangs like someone was pounding on the door, I've never ran out of a house so fast in my life, and the worst part was, I had nightmares that I couldn't escape whatever that was for the next few weeks
Many years ago when I was 15, I was walking home from a friend’s home shortly after dark. On the way home I had to pass a cemetery. When I got close to the edge of the cemetery property there was a group of kids, about five of them around 10 to 11 years old. They were just standing there. They beat an speaking to me, and one of them said, “this is embarrassing, but would you walk with us past the cemetery because we are scared to…” I said sure, I told them not to be embarrassed and then said, ‘When I was alive I was afraid to walk past cemeteries too…” I never saw anyone run so fast as those kids did.

Do you ever just struggle to fall asleep so you walk around your neighborhood at 2am and decide to visit that abandoned house that always creeped you out? Relatable.
Sounds fun to me... I remember when I was younger I was going to go into an abandoned house alone in the city I lived in because I was close by only to find out the only way in was destroyed.. The last time I was there with my brother and a few people we heard things and some of us who went upstairs apparently seen a creepy old lady (or something like that I don't remember)....

People don't understand how dangerous it can be exploring abandoning buildings. Not because of ghosts, but because of other people. If you can be there, it means anyone can be there.
This. People seriously need to consider how dangerous this can be. Even if it's no one's property anymore, any old nutcase may feel threatened when you enter the space they occupy
The real question is, if you were home alone alone in the middle of the night and you heard a fart, would you laugh or be scared?

In 1978 we stayed in a cabin out in the woods, I had to get the water from the stream, I was 8 yrs old. Morning noon or night I had to dash for water, it was down hill to the stream fill the bucket up with water and back up the hill to the cabin. About 500 yrds away. It was very spooky in the morning fog, at dusk or with a flashlight. Back and fourth for 3 days and 4 nights I had to make that trip alone. Nothing ever happened, no spooky, no wild animals, no ufos, no nothing just a lot of hard work..
3rd story makes me think of one of those Ambien sleepwalkers. I've heard stories about people who take those or other hardcore prescription sleeping pills getting up in the middle of the night and doing all kinds of weird/random things (taking walks around outside, etc) that they don't even remember the next day because their brains were on autopilot the whole time. The weird "waddling" pace and the way the figure was dressed make me think that might be the case here.

I've done more than my share of urban exploration, and I've yet to encounter any paranormal activity, but I have encountered squatters and meth-heads many, many times. You have to remember that these people live there, and show some respect. Always announce yourself. Loudly. All of these videos, to me, are easily explained. The explorers are like noobs that are easily startled. I've only seen one true professional in all the urbex videos I've watched on YT. That guy had nerves of steel. Way above my pay grade.

Third story - my mother is severely bipolar. And when she is off her meds, she does creepy shit like that. Just standing still for minutes. Walking creepy. And her bipolar will keep her up for days so her being up late or extremely early in the morning, is “normal” for her. So maybe they have a mental illness?

@@gbmistake3776 I mean.... yes and no. Mostly not ok for her, but thank you very much. That means a lot. Hopefully mental health in America will get better. If she just had a place she could stay(not an asylum) that would help her through this. Like staying on her meds and counseling... they need more than doctor visits. They need like a legit life coach to help teach them how to live and be, but that doesn’t exist where we live. It’s sad. I’ve called several hotlines and they tell me the only thing available are like 25 day stays at facilities where they have Suicide risk people(and she is being committed a lot because she can be a risk). I just wish we could really do something, ya know?

3rd story could be an elderly person with a mental illness. My boyfriends grandma was found walking around her neighborhood at 2am saying weird stuff after she had a stroke. Another time, her husband found her staring at him in the middle of the night saying he looked like satan and he needs to die. Let's just say the family is keeping a close eye on her.

That 2nd one is either his buddies playing a prank on him or a homeless squatter. One time my friends and I were walking around the city late at night. One of my friends had to go to the bathroom and saw a porta potty. Went to open it and a homeless guy sleeping in there shouted at her. Scared the crap out of her but made us laugh after the fact. 😂
