I got an Ibaka Bucks authentic and it came nicely stitched, same for an Icon Lakers. I am waiting now on a Pistons authentic, let's see how this one turnes out.
@@agusjg it’s so hit and miss! My icon lakers came stitched also thank god. Hornets and Spurs orders just got canceled through Fanatics and Fansedge so that is neat. Still shows full size run on the Spurs jerseys so just confusion all around.
@@peterhatesyou Yeah, it's been very frustrating experience lately. I got Lakers Statement, Suns, Blazers, Bucks, Clippers... all cancelled when it showed stock on some of them. Fanatics blame Nike everytime I talk to them. Very annoying.

Love the jersey. I got the same style with #81 Calderon and I have to say I am very happy with it. Stitched and pretty good job.
But ordering recently has been a nightmare with Fanatics. Ordered a bunch of jerseys last December and after cancellations, re-ordering, more cancellations, more reordering, still no jerseys and no money and its May. May I ask you when did you order your JR Smith?

dude you need to reach out to their customer service and see what happened. If you don't reach out, nothing happens. It doesn't hurt to check up on it. it took a month for this one
@@JerseyConnect7 I do call them every time an item on my orders gets cancelled. They blame Nike all the time. They just apologise and offer a discount on future orders. But I am still to get a jersey from them and it's been months. Ordered several teams and always the same result. A total nightmare experience so far.

@@jefferyfigueroa7893 I got an extremely poorly done Pistons Ivey Authentic that delivered on Thursday last week and they let me return it without any pushback from the NBA Store.
I ordered a Rubio Wolves #9 and they stitched the number upside down, so it was a #6 and I got refunded. Authentics should be stitched not heat-press. I wouldn't accept a no as an answer and I would ask for a replacement, and if they can't provide one, a refund.

All Authentic’s should come stitched and as close to the team’s official lettering specifications. Especially for that price. The numbers were done very poorly and that quality of work is unacceptable. You should either return it or get it striped and then redone by EPS. They have done a lot of work for the NFL and are currently the official customizers for a number of NHL teams. They do basketball jerseys too.
