I'd love to become a member, but for some reason CZcams doesn't allow the membership thing in Asia (or at least where I'm at, it just never shows up on any channel for me or my friends).
But, I definitely watch daily.
Dinos pack so many stats for the mana. If you see a turn two pugnacious without any removal, you're pretty well cooked.
Game # 2 - (Orzov) Opponents 'win condition' was to be annoying AF.
Fortunately, somehow, we still got there.
They had white sun's to win with poison, Powr just scraped by at 9 counters
If I could somehow see how long a game would be before playing it, I'd concede rather than waste 15m getting fed up at the other person's deck. It does make great content though :D
These days if I see a
Plains and no creatures by turn 3, I legit don't care.
That deck is so dumb. Plus many of the cards will rotate soon. Who plays that deck?..

I hate the decks like game 2 it really doesnt have a win strat its just a war of attrition they win because i dont care about rank enouh to waste my time.
I've been working on getting a dino deck together, mostly cobbled together with random dinosaurs so this is great :)
That's kind of all you gotta do. There's not a lot of "bad" dinosaurs

I do like the Dinos and Gruul. I’m closer in wilds though to modifying my soldier deck for the next set
I mean the next set has lizards and frogs which technically are descended from dinosaurs
They don't get the benefits of anything that says "dinosaur". Doesn't count.
Honestly, White Sun's Twilight is my least favorite sweeper.
It just does too much, in my opinion. If it just made regular 1/1s I think it would be perfect.
@thelordlyone1977 I think you are right. The toxic is the thing that really pushes it over the edge. X=5 kills you in 2 turns rather than the 4 turns it would take otherwise. In that respect it can be stronger than Sunfall (though the exile on Sunfall is its own type of annoying)
I don't mind the mites being made since it's like 7 mana. It's supposed to be impactful. The lifegain is what really kills it for me lol. You're already ahead with the empty board and 5 mites, why do you also need life!
If it was a black card, no one would mind it being OP
@matheuscruz8574 that's a little reductive. People disliked Meathook Massacre. I personally don't think black should get sweepers. The same way I think white has too much spot removal.
But I play creature decks, so if cards are on the table, I would probably dislike most anything...
Losing Topiary Stomper is a massive hit for any deck that wants to go big. Also Fight Rigging. But I still hope life will find a way
I've actually been cutting Topiary Stompers, or reducing the number of them in my ramp decks for a while now because of their lack of blocking. It's definitely still possible to go big with out it.
Just seeing all that removal pisses me off and im not even playing lol what kind of people play decks like that
I'm assuming folks that don't have friends, but I really have no idea.
Hello, I've been watching your videos and thoroughly enjoying them! Dunno but can you feature a golgari toxic deck which is rotation proof? 🙏
Is it me or does the majority of mono red players seem to not know how to win the game? If the last mono red player would have saved that last lightning strike then he would have won.
I can give some grace to that player, because I don't know their hand. It's possible they have been sitting on that for several turns and weren't drawing the other damage. And if they are trying to keep us off 8+ mana, then I get it. Depending on the build, there are several combinations of things that lead to the end of the game if I were able to have 8+ mana on the next turn with Smuggler's Surprise. Personally, I would've gambled to draw the burn and risk it for the biscuit, but to each their own.
Besides, most MTG players are bad with piles of mistakes in the moment. Including myself.
