I get the error message of "unable to obtain dnamiclink server" when pressing analyze.
I tried that but when i check back the original video in adobe premier it gets suprr slow, is that normal?

I think you can use a separate composition and the bowyer that composition on the first one
you can copy paste the text. and just adjust the camera
how do you get effects & presets screen up?
you can hold and drag the 'effects & presets' tab to wherever you want :)
How can I do it for a image?
just turn the layer into 3D by changing the modes at the bottom of layers panel and tick the box for the icon with a box and arrows

what computer you using ? ram/cpu . try this even with the same footage , analysis going for ages ...
Ram I use is TridentZ 128gb 3600mhz and cpu is Ryzen 9 5950x 16 core and yes it's an intensive process to load especially with 4K clips
Mainly because instead of tracking 1 point it's doing multiple tracking points
Doesn't work here at all. AE says '3d Camera tracker : Layer size must match composition and use default transform values'

I've never really got that error before so im not sure. Maybe try a different clip or pre-comp your project and try it

cuz the file u tracking is too big cut it into chunks then track it
way to waste time by explaining you can chamnge the font. Duh. Should have used that time to expain a png maybe?
I mean yeh fair enough, sometimes it does happen I over explain and what do you mean by png?
