GREAT CENTRAL - GCR HEAVY FREIGHT WINTER GALA OCTOBER 2009

Another fantastic day at the GCR... probably one of the best galas ever. Motive power spot on, timetable spot on, atmosphere amazing. I did an afternoon lineside then the Saturday morning before riding in the afternoon. Superb all around as everywhere you looked there were freights, local and passenger trains clanking by.... Long may it continue... can't wait for the next one!
