Proper Golden Gems in this bunker for sure 😊
Great explore, great camera work, great information, and great team. Good work folk.
Thanks 🙏
Blimey, this is a blast from the past.
My grandad was in the navy at Chatham and my mum his daughter use to tell me about going down the miles of tunnels in the 40s to take him sandwiches said tunnel's go everywhere, excellent chanel guys keep up the good work.
Great explore! We just don't have places like this in the states. Glad there are people like u out there searching for the forgotten
You do - but the heavies from the CIA will come round if I told you where.
I remember climbing down the stairs rails. Such a beautiful place . Should have been preserved. So glad I got to see it with my boy
Love your intro
Ok folks lets go
The lamp on that bed is the same type thed use in road works from 60s
Let's go folks 👏
Great explore, not many in this good condition nowadays.
Lots of muck floating on those staircases. Back in the early days - and not so early - asbestos used to be laced into certain types of fabric, cement roofing... and Bakelite. Nasty stuff. That last staircase was really dodgy.
Nevermind the footage being from 2016. What a massive and fascinating place, folks.
Cheers.
Another interesting episode, there is still a lot to discover.
Back in the days when you had hair !
Great stuff. I've always wondered about what was under in the melville court and the dock road tunnels.
Merry Christmas Ian, ..& all at iks, ..❤🎄❤🎄❤
It would have been interesting to see how you got from the bloody car park to the stairwell in the initial shot.
Don’t want to show too much do I lol 😂
@IKS-Exploration true but some of want to go lol
If there is one thing I regret about when I went to uni here, is I never explored any of the tunnels in the area.
What happened at the end there... rushed exit?
Maybe the spirit box told them it was time to leave...
Been living in chatham for 40 yrs…first time I’ve heard of these tunnels…quite amazing…I wonder why they haven’t been opened to the public
Would be a lovey museum
Einfach super Interessant. 👍
Yes those toilets are from the days when there were actually still women about. Yes that would have been a small telephone exchange. Being mostly chalk the Medway Towns has been a haven for tunnel builders throughout its history throw in all the military presence and you have an explorers heaven, lots and lots of which I have explored since I was about 9 or so, and more when I worked in the Dockyard I'm now 74 and this is completely new to me so thankyou.
Glad you found it interesting thanks for watching :)
Lose your bearings battery goes flat , end of days no wonder they welded the manhole lids shut.
We got a signal with mobile phone in all three entrances:)
I'm glad there's no graffiti good to see history you should visit harwich redoubt Fort its maintained by volunteers I use to volunteer there
I walked rite into that cable pipe at 40:45 when i did it 😂😂😂
Great video , amazing what we have in our town , one often wonders who built these tunnels and what else is there hidden away.
Glad you enjoyed it
Won't get in there no more 😢, sealed for good
Where did you get in that one the spiral staircase on dock road is welded shut ain’t it or did you get in dockyard end I thought it was part of nore command I thought the entrance was behind command house but I think it’s on the road by the church
Manhole near bus stop the ones that’s welded now
Can't hear the narration for the background music
I bet you cant
..it says asbestos
Have you ran out of places to explore 😊
Just come back from Poland I have tons of new footage folk
I don't live to far from there....
Might run under your house lol
Did anyone get here from accidentaly spelling iks instead of ksi?
Lol wish more people made that mistake lol 😂
Wow that's damp look like a good place to put the refugees
It is better than a tent
