when I was younger I could never really get into country music. as I've gotten older and have experienced more, country music seems to have more meaning. a voice like this can make even the toughest people weep.

One of America's Classic Country Songs! Mike does a wonderful job on this tune and has the right emotions to put into it! Your spot on there! Can't believe he never went on to better thing's! He's voice is up there with some of the great country singers. Just shows sometimes you've gotta be in the right place with the right people at the time. But thought with that performance on tv and on the voice, that was good enough, but shows you it's so hard still to be reconised cos that guy's got as good a voice as anyone!

My neighborhood cats sound better than that when they're fighting. The sky don't have the voice. He would drop off at the end of each verse. Then when he sang the chorus it was all over the place.
