Yes. One woman who I know got diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer with liver secondaries while in her rahu mahadasa and rahu is in her 9th house. She is Libra ascendant with moon and ketu conjunction in 3rd house in Sagittarius and has paranoid schizophrenia. Her 4th and 5th lord Saturn retrograde in 4th house. 6th lord Jupiter retrograde in 6th house.
