My mom was given neo adjuvant chemo .she had er 4 pr 3 her2 neg.but clinically she was t3nomo. And after surgery she wad t2nomo but after pathology her tumour size pretty remained the same 6cm and it was level 3/12 nodes positive level2 1 out of 7 nodes positive.since it was lobular at the time I have doubt there was no need to continue neoadjv chem for 6 months instead surgery or hormone therapy shd have been done upfront
yes in some places saying Carcinoma is acceptable. . like saying Soft tissue sarcoma, gastric carcinoma etc.. what one can not say is GIST, Carcinoid etc.. However it mostly depends upon examiner.. Carcinoma is accept by most..
Ask questions one by one... you all are confusing the presentor.. Professors behaving like a group of indisciplined ppl One should just let the other people complete before bringing up some other thing.. No offence
Prof chintamani. You are quite a knowledgeable doctor, but you’re quite over powering in the panel. I really hope you realize that. It’s clear your the most vocal but there were other doctors too and it seems very demeaning. Something you could consider in the future.
if he starts bothering about these petty politics fit to savera ho jana hai..the session remained to the point because he was guiding it all along..otherwise the other examiners would have kept displaying their knowledge with little relevance to the topic..sir focuses on what you should know!
