dumptruck speeding, blows stop sign and nearly causes an accident no license plate in west plains mo

the road he was on is 25mph, if he were slowing down for the stop sign like he's supposed to then that's not that dangerous of a spot to pull out of, but he was speeding and didn't even slow down for the stop sign at all. had no license plate or identifying information on the doors
