Ingredients:
Potatoes 3
vegetable oil
salt
Onion 1
Olive oil
Chilli flakes
salt
Carrot 1
Smoked sausage 50 g
Cheese 75 g
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil, oil the potatoes well and sprinkle them with salt and bake them for an hour. If preparing multiple potatoes, an additional 15 minutes per potato is needed.
Once slightly cooled, cut the potatoes vertically, remove the insides and transfer the insides of the potatoes to a bowl.
In the bowl with the dug potatoes, add the cheese, the sautéed onion with the carrot and chilli flakes, add smoked sausage and mix well.
Fold the potato mixture into the hollowed out potatoes
Cook for another 15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Serve hot with sour cream and chives.
