@@ConstantGamer It would be great if the sequels takes place in different countries.. like the respective protagonists are undercover cops infiltrating a mafia(ie Italian or Russian) or cartel(Mexican or Columbian) depending on which country the game takes place.. a game with at least 2 protagonists can take place in Miami, Florida and is an homage to Miami vice

A year later and still no Sleeping Dogs sequel. Damn, I don't think we'll get another one unless they get a huge number of people onto them about it. Shame really. Sleeping Dogs is one of the best, most polished and fleshed out games.

I want sleeping dogs 2. The pacing in sleeping dogs is so good and just ties the underated masterpiece that is the story together the only part I have a problem with, is the side dlc content that isnt the zodiac temple all the others feel as like they dont belong because the masterful combat doesn't apply to the same rules. The drivings is also not a strong suit.
A 2nd game will get us to Tahiti

I loved the Nightmare at the North Point DLC it grew so attached to the main game after several characters died and was wonderful when Wei Shen got to interact with them in the afterlife lol

I don't know about that. Based off RDR2 the next GTA6 could potentially be one of the greatest games of all time. I doubt if a Sleeping Dogs sequel were to get made it would come close to the quality of RDR2.

I just got Sleeping Dogs for the PS4, I used to have it on my PS3, and I absolutely love it, the gameplay is so amazing and the story is great. I would love for their to be a 2nd game

I probably replayed this game at least four times since the definitive edition release. I've always enjoyed the story and always wanted more. Maybe one day, we can get a sequel if this movie comes to light and turns out well.
Sleeping dogs was the consistently best game ive ever played along with halo, in both storyline and gameplay. Then there was triad wars that was so fucking cool, too bad it never got more traction.

I mean Square technically owns the rights after United Front was shut down, so yes it definitely can happen but Square doesn’t seem to want to give us a new game, they obviously see all the fans who want it so no excise for them saying people wouldn’t care for a sequel

omg I love sleeping Dogs. The setting, the acting was just as good as GTA/Sajnts row series/ but sleeping dogs got mega Dark and I loved that whole duality of cop turning triad cause he was in so damn long. They keep making Yakuza games, we need some Triad love now!!!

Have too say this is one of the few games that c deserve a sequel I played though this game 3 times one xbox 360 3 times on Xbox one 4 times on ps4 in now about to play though it again on my ps5 idk why I played it that many times but the gameplay is just that good everytime I do a replay it feel like a new games this probably is my highest replay of a game I ever done (besides ghost of tsushima) in I enjoyed every bit of it

Game was so good and the storyline was just as good i put it right up.there with gta
Sleeping Dogs is an absolute classic, it's one of those games I've replayed many times and have never gotten tired of. The tale of Sleeping Dogs 2 is one of the biggest tragedies in gaming. I still have hope that someday the series may return in someway, but realistically things don't look too great. The movie MIGHT give the series some new traction and renew interest, but the movie looks like it might be stuck in development hell so I'm not holding my breath on it.
At the end of the day even though I want a sequel, if we never get one I can at least be happy we have the original game in the first place.

Its possible, however I don't know if Activision blizzard would want to do this. Call of Duty annual releases seems to be treating this company just fine. But it would be cool to see a new True Crimes game.

Sleeping dogs was and still is today a very good game that I still go back to it's absolutely ridiculous that it never got a sequel such a waste
This game unfortunately looked like a poor grand theft auto or saints row clobe on its face.
It was so much more than that. It had the potential to eclipse them.
It's combat was a huge improvement. It's story was something you could take a bit more seriously than gta or saints row.
They added a lot of fun activities and side quests too.
Honestly I liked it better than gta 5.
