Very well explained! As a contribution, I strongly recommend to add when doing research related to strategy, to use methods or tools that allow you to perform a prospective analysis in order to understand and speculate what will be the relationship of the product/service in question in people's lives. This will try to ensure longevity or sustainability over time. For example, in the case of the guitar, it is enough to ask: What will happen to people and guitars? With the instruments? With the music? etc. Thanks for the video!
The last principle was new to me. Seems like a good idea though, good visuals are always valuable to have!

Amazing tips, thanks for share your ideas. One thing that I think helps a lot is to create a roadmap of the development to set the steps of research, ideating, prototyping and reviewing.
