The way they have handled the Sith Lord so far in this show has been 5/5. Perfectly written. That was a haunting entrance in a good way. Can't wait to see/learn more about him(?).
I screamed "NO" when the credits rolled. I wanted more so bad. The entrance of the sith was so creepy.
Edit: Also, the symbols were the forehead markings of the great mother.
I knew they were familiar, but couldn't place them in the moment! So, that means there is a lot more that was going on with the Jedi and the coven. I also noticed this week they keep saying the Jedi were "stationed" on that planet, meaning they were likely surveiling them for a while.
Lesley Hedland has said there will be a "Predator" episode of this series. I think it will be next week. After the Master has force pushed all the Jedi back in that massive cloud of dust, the Master will disappear in that cloud and then hunt and pick off the Jedi one by one as they try to get back to their ship. Like what happens in Predator.
Although some may find the slower pace walking and dialogues boring, I totally enjoyed the slow burn chitchat trekking in the highland/forests of Kohfar. It's relaxing scenic journey and getting to know more about our characters. Thank you OP for viewing this show with engaged positivity. Your energy is contagious. Cheers!
Thanks! Glad you’re enjoying it too!
Okay, I was wrong, the Manny Jacinto sidekick character is definitely the “Sith master.” 100%.
to your last words... we need "Young Jecki Order"
I’d watch that in a heartbeat!
Your comment about the fact there was more to last week’s story got me to thinking that my current idea on who the “Sith” is. I think it’s Koril. She’s the one who had the biggest axe to grind against the Jedi showing up and clearly has force abilities. I could be wrong but that’s my I’m at currently.
Kinda what I'm thinking. Koril is the Master master...and Qimir is Smilo Ren
I think it’s Mother Koril as well. The writers obviously want us to think it’s Qimir, but it’s gonna be Koril
Yeah I don't think Mae totally flip flopped. I think she just figured out who Qimir was.
I think the sith wants Osha he's wanted her all along and the smile on the helmet looks like Abeloth
agreed
I've said it several times on different CZcams channels today, but is it just a coincidence that Vernestra Rwoh just happens to have exactly the same head shape as the Sith master? As always, I may well be wrong.
I know this character from the books she's not the sith she has a lightsaber specifically designed to fight the sith
I still feel like Qimir is a misdirect and that even if he's under the mask he's answering to somebody else. So there'd be three people, kind of like the Palpatine - Dooku - Ventress hierarchy. I'm also thinking what Sol knows (that he was going to explain later) has something to do with how the twins were created. That could connect somehow to why Kelnacca was painting Mother Aniseya's face markings on the wall of his hut, since she was the one who Plagueis'd? (i.e. Influencing the midichlorians to create life) them into existence. I wonder if the Jedi did find out about what she did and that played into the reason why the coven died and why Osha having a twin needed to be covered up. Like were they trying to conceal knowledge of a potential Force dyad or how to create one so that information wouldn't fall into the wrong hands? Is that what the Sith really wants and why they're so obsessed with the twins?
Also I need a Bazil plushie stat. Preferably one that screams when you press a button 😂
HOW DARE THEY???
I need next episode NOW!!
How about... the sisters switch places??? Osha is unable to deal with her emotions and goes to the dark side becoming the Acolyte... and Mae repents and embrace the light??
Young Ki Adi Mundi was just as assholic as old him XD
Was that officially Ki Adi Mundi? I wasn’t sure if it was him or just one of his people.
@@OneProtagonist it was on the credits!
Cliffhangers are so frustrating lol. The force wave was definitely cool.
The symbols were from the witch coven.
I believe the master sith guy is actually a lady one of the twins moms, A witch
I can't see it being Mother Koril - the horns wouldn't fit under that tightfitting mask 🤣Much more inclined to think it's Qimir
Fair point (no pun intended… or maybe a little:)). The helmet isn’t form fitting though, so I think it’s still possible.
@@OneProtagonist yeah, on second watch I saw the helmet wasn't as small as I first thought. Am now rethinking Qimir too - maybe too obvious 🤔
I think Osha is the Sith. Here is my reasoning. Vernestra and the other Jedi confirm that Mae was trained by some one who was once a Jedi, Osha was once a Jedi. Qimir says he collects people, I think Osha is seeking out force sensitives to train and then mind control like her mother. There is a line in Episode 4 from a Jedi master he states maximize your defenses without need to strike. I think Osha is taking this to the extreme and manipulating other force users as puppets. I think that Qimir will be behind the helmet but I think the helmets intent is to hide his eyes not his identity. The Jedi will think the Sith are all dead because they will capture or kill Mae and Qimir and think that it is over with a big twist that Osha was the Sith all along.
That’s a very good theory. It would be disappointing to have our main character become a villain, but it’d be one heck of a twist.
Supposed to be a show about a sith right?
Willing this show to be a success because there are elements that I like, but this was the weakest ep for me so far, despite the cool appearance at the end. Fingers crossed, the remaining eps will make everything worthwhile.
Why is this 30 minutes long? Why, show?
