E o que acontece também é quando o 335d chega ao limitador perde velocidade, depois volta a ganhar, por isso é que vai andando para a frente e para trás. Foi mesmo taco a taco! Isto a repisar aquela velocidade, porque se sair em 2ª o 335d vai-se logo embora...

+Ricline No mate, .......I looked in to it, the 123d is around 200hp standard, you're looking at around 235/240 with a good map, the 335d is around 300hp standard, it's heavier but its the way the auto-gear box is set up and the throw in every gear on the 335d that makes it no contest. The 123d is a nippy car, the 335d is an animal. I rekon the car in the vid is probably a 330d. that would make sense, as regards weight/power.
+The1640matts .....I had a 535d before the 123d, it was a 272hp, I this re-mapped to 330hp, it would hit 0 to 60 in around 4secs, but again its down to the tip tronic gear box, and the sheer torque of the 3.0 ltr engine that will always come out on top
What an incredible little engine! My friend has a stage 2 of this making just over 280hp, and it's capable of keeping up with my 435d in almost every situation. What's the economy like? How would this compare to something like a 130/135i?
The economy depends as you drive it. But if you do a normal drive it's like stock. I never compared with a 135i, but I have a video on my channel with one 130i ;)

Why can people not except it when a 335d or 335i do not walk a race! My little torque less(130lb) integra weighing 900 odd kg walks a new 335d x drive from 30-120mph and my integra is not even fast compared to fast cars. Yet here we have words like beast, animal to describe its acceleration. I guess its true that torque really does fool the brain... How can you not except a 260hp 123d weighing about 200kg less(real world weights) can keep up with its big bro with only 20hp less. And the greater torque figures do not matter when youre balls out accelerating running on top of the power curve!

nice, body weight is 1400kg? Lci should get 260-270hp/560-570Nm. Any other mods than remap? Have you been thinking about bigger intercooler,dpf out and k&n panel air filter and maybe bigger exhaust?
my 335d e92 weight 1650kg m sport and with full tank 1700kg, so for me it's too heavy for middle size coupe. Before 540i e39 with 4.4 V8 was that heavy, so it's a big cow. If you have this level of power, you can do more agressive map and get more power/torque without any problem or replace turbo for hybrid one and try to get 300hp and almost 600Nm. The question is is it worth it? By the way very impressive! Diesel rules!!

Experimenta não seres batoteiro e não te trancares ao cone de ar no 335d sempre que ele se começa a distanciar que vais ver a coça que levas! Percebe-se bem a quantidade de vezes que o puxas! Assim é fácil!
Exato, lado a lado, mas sempre que o 335d começa a distanciar-se (vê-se perfeitamente por 2x) porque tem mais motor, o 123d aproxima-se lateralmente "trancando-o" e apesar do 335d andar mais, esse movimento faz com que perca força e velocidade... Muitos não percebem porque pensam que é só acelerar em recta, mas não, para quem sabe existem maneiras de fazer perder potência o carro mais forte, claro que estamos a falar de situações em que não existe diferenças bastante significativas. Contudo esta deslocação de ar faz perder velocidade de ponta e acaba por não permitir que o carro mais forte passe pra frente.
Minutos 0.35 - 0.55 - 1.13... Percebe-se perfeitamente que o condutor do 123d "atira-se" puxando o 335d. Só não vê quem não quer. Venha quem vier, o 123d reprogramado não passa pelo meu 530d reprogramado quanto mais pelo 335d stock. Mas se tiver outras alterações como turbo e ic já acredito que seja possível.
Miguel Sousa o pouco que prejudica a um carro quando circula ao lado de outro é mútuo, o que prejudica a um prejudica ao outro tb nenhum tira mais ou menos partido. só entendes isso se entendesses o mínimo de aerodinâmica. Isso que falas só acontece em cone de ar qd um carro circula colado na traseira do outro, pois o carro da frente faz o trabalho pesado e corta o ar e o q circula a trás na não tem que o fazer tanto esforço. lado a lado não funciona amigo, se não sabes pelo menos informe-se antes de dizeres disparates.
Hugo, não são disparates, mas já percebi que não entende o meu ponto de vista, respeito, mas tudo o que disse é baseada na experiência que tenho neste tipo de "picanços" a que lhe chamo testes de performance entre 2 carros ou mais. Quando a ponte VDG inaugurou (1998) fiz parte do 1º grupo que por lá andava a fazer testes todos os fins de semana e sem me querer gabar, mas realmente muitos condutores "trancam" os carros em altas velocidades dessa maneira de forma a não permitirem o outro carro a avançar. Mas deixo aqui um exemplo e desafio-o a experimentar com o seu carro de forma amigável. O meu carro velocidade ponta dá 270/275km/h sem qualquer carro (lado, frente, traseira)...mas fazendo um teste precisamente no mesmo sitio com um carro de andamento parecido, se for ao meu lado a dar encostos lateralmente como no video, não passo dos 260/265km/h, além de ser no mesmo sitio, há mesma hora e nas mesmas condições climáticas. O que é certo é que se os encostos continuam cada vez que tento passar para a frente, isso não acontece devido á força exercida da puxada de ar cada vez que o carro se aproxima. É um troque muitas vezes utilizado para não permitir que o carro que ande mais não passe para a frente até porque a diferença de andamento não é muito substancial, senão esta "tranca" não é possível. Esta é a experiência que tenho há mais de 18 anos desta vida. Cumprimentos e boas curvas!
70kg lighter is not much considering it's lacking in power and torque. unless 335d has some boost or vacuum loss that is common on about 75`% of cars running undiagnosed, there is no chance 123d would keep up with 335d...123:1490kg, 335de92:1570kg...

O 335d tem limitador electronico aos 250 (se não me engano), o 123d está reprogramado. Mas sim, nota-se um bocado que o condutor do 335 desacelera.

it's the torque of the engine working with the gear box, the extra bhp makes for a higher top speed, but the torque of the 3.0 is much greater.
