SUPERCHARGED BMW E46 325Ci BUILD - EASY Now What?

I am SMASHING through the strip-down of my Supercharged E46 325Ci, but the work is just beginning on installing a heap of new upgrades onto my build (or re-build).

Tip for pulling the slant 6 out..3 ratchet straps one from the front one from the back and the third around the header... Make the 3rd strap taught before you start the lift and it'll keep the engine straight so you don't have too fart around with the spreader bar

My rubber cowel strip is completely disentegrated! Where on earth did you find a replacement?
