- Swiss 800m specialist Lore Hoffmann is training at high altitude in St Moritz preparing for the second half of the European track season. We joined her for a key 800m specific workout of 11 x 200m repetitions broken into 2 sets.

Good session...I think it can be better. If you can run the last 200m so much faster, you have run the 200 meters before not fast enhough. That is maybe also the 'problem' with running with a pacer, you run on his pace and not on youre own pace. And why not run against the wind without the coach on the bycicle near by you? Yes, you run a little bit slower. You have to find out by yourself to run still at a good pace.
She looks like a Molly Huddle but 800/1500…. So fast
