So no one really knows what she looks like and the people who do take extra care, that her identity is protected. She said herself, that her main character is her voice und the side character (ado = side character / second main character in a Japanese theater play) is herself. So she can still normally go inside a shop, where her musik plays, and still be unrecognized.
and for what i saw ressently, if some people try to take a photo of her with flash on during concert, some litle roll unties itself from up the cage and we continue to have the voice but not the image of her (apparently it happenned in the concert who was before the one in paris)
