    You reminded me why I wanted to move to California after I bought my Honda ST1100 in 1997, only I made a mistake, got married and ended up in NYC. I needed this, probably more than you. Thank you.

    Living in Ohio in February is an excellent reason to watch this aside from riding my Honda.

    Great video I live in Irvine and was looking at one of these I especially like the 2021 DCT non tour for the paint scheme. That is the best motorcycle for San Diego.

    amazing video
    loved every single second
    thanks for sharing such a thorough look of your area of the world
    i'll have to say, however.... i wonder if you would have loved THAT particular ride MORE... on a VESPA
    i love my gold wing and my vespa
    the latter of the 2 would have been fun for THAT ride, as well
    thanks for everything

      Thanks for your support! Yes. I can see that. I have never tried a Vespa but I can imagine in tight traffic it would be much easier to navigate the slower speeds! Good idea! Thanks!

    Also I know you weren't missing a clutch with all that traffic in La Jolla Cove.😁😁😁

      You’ll have to shop around but list price for a 2022 is around $25,300.

    One more comment, however
    I have never seen streets in a state of more disrepair than what you have shown me here
    you live in one of the most expensive areas in the country
    don't they ever redo the streets there?
    They are horrible
    Dare I say, embarrassingly so

    • @SDWalta
      @SDWalta  Před 2 lety +1

      Good point! I hadn’t driven through that area in a while and was surprised how bumpy the ride was. La Jolla area especially. Don’t have any idea why. Maybe I should send the video to our local politicians?😀

      @@SDWalta people are certainly paying enough money in taxes etc in that area to warrant far better roads. It's one thing if you have terrible roads in rural Michigan it's another thing when you have them there with some of the most expensive real estate in the united states. Makes very little sense of course if a politician actually lived on that street maybe they would be fixed tomorrow

      Greg Savel,
      Come to Houston Texas, or just about anywhere in Texas. I live in Texas, and spend about three months of the year in California on business (with my bike). The roads here in the Lone star state are the worst I’ve experienced in my life. Albeit, I haven’t spent much time on the east coast… so maybe they are worse (?)

    • @Gregs_World
      @Gregs_World Před 2 lety

      @@cwheremonster8870 the streets are hit and miss around here of course we don't have that much cold so it's just a constant heat cycle that causes their degradation but politics plays a role on what streets get fixed and what don't like any other place on Earth I suppose
