Soft and juicy mutton Kabab recipe | Restaurant style seekh Kabab recipe | seekh Kabab recipe
Ingredients for recipe:
- 5-6 Button Red chillies
- 1 Small Cinnamon stick
- 5-6 Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds
- 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 500g Mutton
- 60g fat
- 7-8 Garlic cloves
- 2 Inch ginger piece
- 1 Medium Size Onion
- 5-6 Green chillies or adjust according to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons ghee or clarified butter
- 1 Charcoal for smoke
- 1 tablespoon oil for charcoal
- 2-3 tablespoon Cooking oil for pan frying
Method:
-In a spice mixer,add all spices and grind to make a powder & set aside.
-In a chopper,add mutton along with fat onion,green chillies, garlic,ginger,lemon juice,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,baking soda,salt,Kashmiri red chilli powder (Mint and Coriander are Optional) & chop until well combined.
-Take out in a bowl,add prepared spice mix,mix well and knead for 4-5 minutes the give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-With the help of greased hands,take a mixture (75g) & skew on homemade spoon skewer (makes 13-14).
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil and pan fry kababs on medium flame until done.
-Serve spicy lamb seekh kababs with sald,bbq raita or as you want.
All the recipes and dishes I have made are referenced and learned on the internet, youtube, google... I'm not the first to make them, not the first to create a certain dish. . I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like.
