I realize now years later that the guy who got his window shattered in the beginning was in the right. The biker was in the middle of the road. He was on the yellow line. It would be almost impossible to turn wide enough to miss the biker

I lived in California for a while, and the first times I got onto a freeway with a red light in the middle of the entrance, I nearly rear ended someone. I get why they have them, but I had never seen that in my life. If you haven't, it's the last thing you'd expect to see in that moment. Especially the ones where there's a two lane entrance and a red light on each lane alternating who gets to go.

Brick top if the guy wasn't speeding he would have more reaction time and the risk of him wrecking by somone turning would have been very low or no risk, most bikers in these videos habe the tendency to speed like they own the roads when in reality bikers and cars alike should give courtesy to all drivers and watch out for everyone
I get that the first guy was in the wrong, but that guy was obviously mid 60's atleast and looked genuinely terrified when he got his window smashed in, I think both are in the wrong.
Edit: as someone who doesn't drive, people have informed me that the motorcyclist was also actually breaking a few road laws so.. They're definitelyyyy both in the wrong. Motorcyclist even more so actually.

I am a biker myself, but these guys are ready to flip out for the littlest things most of the time. Not to mention that they are the ones going too fast to begin with and expecting everyone not to make a mistake. Sometimes the way looks clear but the bike itself is just out of view. No need to go ape-shit on everyone. Most of these are bikers going too far. The stop at the highway and the car that dodged the bike was not the bikers fault. That could have killed him
