Love that you have compared this Soundpeats capsule 3 with the high-end earbuds that are over-rated all the time. Call quality of this Soundpeats capsule 3 pro totally was showing us that expensive and high-end brands are not going be the best option out there. It only enlightened us consumers that these Apple, Sony, Bose and other earbud manufacturers are overpriced and have a lot of re-pricing decisions to make to compete with these well priced earbuds from Soundpeats, Soundcore and 1More. Hope next time you'll review and compare these earbud brands against the Sony, Apple, Sennheiser and Bose brands again.... ;)
Airpods Pro does still have very impressive technology going on in their buds and case. Sound is also pretty good and noise canceling and transparency mode is next level. Im not here to say one is better. They both are impressive.
I won't go near [those brands] right on with their going to have to look at price,, this technology is not expensive any more.....I have one high end set ..nura true pro..of which are my favorite!!
I really like your approach! Subscribed! Only thing to add would be codec support etc. LDAC is, in my opinion, maybe the strongest selling point of these buds and the max resolution of wireless earphones is kind of an important factor for future reviews.

@@thepolishpotato42 Yeah, Apple are unfortunately characteristically stubborn for no apparent reason regarding good Bluetooth codecs. Testing on an android phone compatible with LDAC and when applicable the different Aptx would give the reviews another level. If that's not in your budget to practically test, maybe at least have a short segment about the capabilities even if you haven't been able to test it.
These looked great and definitely premium and I read a few very good reviews about this product to make me decide for the Capsule 3 Pro to be my very first bluetooth audio accessory. I wasn’t bothered with ANC, I wanted a product fit for my low budget and fit to my requirements for good sound results for listening to music, which I do a lot. I was also attracted to the companion app that delivered sound pre-sets and apparently an good equalizer. On the day they arrived the first think I was invited to was to first register my product with their app. And pair the buds. The later was no issue but I never managed to register the product and never had access to the content of their app using my Samsung A52. I then tried with my iPad Air 5 and registering was even worse. Much time wasted and disappointment, this was not a good start and I decided to return them. Can’t really figure out what happened in my experience and it was a real shame as I was looking forward to having some buds. It seems that you have had no issues with all the set up and this is a great review. I have now purchased a Final UX3000 bluetooth headphones instead. However this will not replace the sound quality of my corded Yamaha HPH-MT8.
I'm sorry to hear your experience was so miserable. Several people already told me about how bad the app is on Android. Indeed, I did not experience problems like what you are describing. The app doesn't always find the earbuds right away but most of the time it is working well on iOS. Did you get to listen to your C3 Pro at all or did you just return them because the app was so problematic?

This review convinced me to try Capsule3 Pro after returning a disappointing fit with EarFun Wireless Earbuds, Air Pro 2. Unfortunately, I'm also having the same fit issue with Capsule3 Pro, almost convinced its the same earbud. Question: Is there such thing as Third Party Earbud, that has a longer "neck" so the tip will reach my ear canal for a better secure fit. Comply and Spinfit does not fix the issue for me. Maybe there's another brand that I may have never heard. Thanks
There’s also Sonicfoam that you could try. I have no experience with Comply but Sonicfoam works well for me on some earbuds. You can write Amy at support@sonicfoam first and tell her I referred you. Ask her opinion and advice about the problem you’re having. Good luck! Hope you find a solution!
@@thepolishpotato42 No-Go for Sonicfoam, but for now, I just orient the stem facing North and seems to be better seal with Comply. So far, if proper sealed, the ANC is better with Soundpeats T2 Hybrid. The Quality is better marginally for me...even better paired with EQ from Wavelet app....Thanks

I agree soundpeats work great while they work. If you test a good pair, they are great. The question is do they stand the test of time? I had a pair and had to return because of the left bud not charging.
I was torn between these and the earfun air pro 3, I read great reviews for the latter and I know for sure they have better features than capsule pro 3 and their app was OK based on reviews I watched, however I didn't like their design, they looked a bit dated so I got the capsule 3 pro in the transparent colour way, waiting to test them.
Best EarPods review in my opinion. Touched a lot of key points and made enough real life tests with the mic and ANC feature. Pls give them a 10 on the battery 😁

Oh well… everybody is entitled to their own opinion. IMHO C3 Pro are a huge upgrade over Air 2s. Broader sound stage and better sound signature overall, no contest. Deeper, nicer sounding bass, better controlled mids, crispier and more extended highs. Better ergonomics because of different size eartips that give you some freedom of adjustment and therefore -> better seal in your ear canal -> much better ANC. There are other nuances, as well but… at the end of the day all that really matters is that you are happy with your Air 2s. I’m not here to convince anybody that I am right. We’re all just expressing our opinions.
Excellent review. Im convinced to buy these but in your review u did not mentioned the Latency test for pubg gaming. My only greatest requirement for these capsule 3 pro is for pubg on ipad pro 2022. Kindly need help.

Soundpeats have quality control issues. I had mine for 4 months and it's experiencing all sorts of problems. The right earbud doesn't sit properly in the case sometimes and doesn't recharge. The biggest problem is they now constantly disconnect and power off. And the right earbud most of the time won't connect/pair with my phone. I'll be playing a song and eventually it will just skip the song and then a few seconds later power off. Or it goes into a cycle of different modes, "Pairing... disconnected. Power off. Power on... pairing..." It's so frustrating. They are basically useless now.
Good review so far thanks to GPT-4, regarding Audio Call Quality test, have you tested using Win11 PC based videocall? (webex/zoom/teams).. some earbuds really don´t filter anything in that mode, just pure cellular phone calls. Differentiator is ENC instead ANC.

Perhaps GPT hallucinated saying those have ENC but I confirmed NOT. I still looking for a good in-ear stemmed with ENC feature, Jabra is stem-less and loses a lot from the ear.

I read most of the reviews and a lot of them say the app is quite useless, anyway so... as long as you can connect to the phone's Bluetooth you are probably already getting the most out of your earbuds :)

Hello I bought after ı watch these review. ı bought for 40 dolars and it is amazing according the price look premium and stylish. I would have bought for even 55 maybe 60 dolar. I bought mostly for microphone performance. mic is very solid. If you think other mid range and high end headphones are better maybe yes however according the price these headphones are killer. It has great specs in all. I am quite satisfied and i recomend all my friend which use cheap ones. With little bit effort you get one high level for 40 dolar. No need to buy airpod after this headphone.

I have herd critics say soundpeats app is minimal. OK, it works for me. Got an EQ, fine w/ me I wish status would come up with an app ( EQ) for the between pros...
Great job for testing it in real life conditions. Now I know higher price doesn't mean higher quality. The airpods and Bose horrible(a complete rip-off) 😏😏🤦♂🤦♂compared to capsule 3 pro😊😍
IMHO these put Life P3 away. The sound signature is a lot better. More sophisticated, detailed, MUCH better mids. If you listen to the same songs on Life P3 right after these you feel like so much is missing in the music.
i just received the opera 5 that i like very much. Bought them on kickstarter. The number of transducers let me think that the sound should be more detailed on operas that on the capsule. This being said, i think that you exaggerate the importance of being able to reach the previous track. It's something that i never make even with earbuds that allow it. I am 67, in my whole life, apart from a small period when my player was bugged and skipped tracks, i maybe asked the previous track maybe 20 times. So i think that reducing the rating of the earbuds because of the lack of this function is not relevant. Regards

Like - for example - sound quality is the most important to me but... a lot of people listen to podcasts only and make phone calls. Another person will not use earbuds if they find them uncomfortable - no matter how good they sound... so I try to take everything that may matter to people into consideration.
@@thepolishpotato42 i buy earbuds first for the sound quality, secondly for the quality of the anc because if I happen to be in a noisy environment, i want to be able to hear them. Also for the quality of their wind protection for the same reason. Also for their price. I fix a budget limit to 100€ . And finally, i have unfortunately 2 other criteria: i happen to have a very sensitive skin, and some earbuds hurt my ears skin to the point that I cannot wear them whatever I do. Don't know where it comes from, and also the facility to drop them. For this topic, i found very nice and cheap accessories that are smooth plastic going around the ear. But in order to use that, you need a stim earbud, and up to now they are not the type to deliver the best sound.

Correct. They sound awesome but there are earbuds out there with broader sound stage, better instrument separation, more detailed highs (like for example the amazing Technics AZ80) so if you rate Capsule 3 Pro at 10 the Technics would have to be 12 :)

Definitely Capsule 3 Pro. You won’t get nearly the same quality from Air 3 pro, especially for anc!

IMHO you made the right decision. Sound signature of the Capsule 3 Pro is so much better than earfun!

Definitely SoundPEATS! Earfun Free 2S is ok but not in the same class in terms of sound quality and phone calls.

Soundpeats have quality control issues. I had mine for 4 months and it's experiencing all sorts of problems. The right earbud doesn't sit properly in the case sometimes and doesn't recharge. The biggest problem is they now constantly disconnect and power off. And the right earbud most of the time won't connect/pair with my phone. I'll be playing a song and eventually it will just skip the song and then a few seconds later power off. Or it goes into a cycle of different modes, "Pairing... disconnected. Power off. Power on... pairing..." It's so frustrating. They are basically useless now.

Good review so far thanks to GPT-4, regarding Audio Call Quality test, have you tested using Win11 PC based videocall? (webex/zoom/teams).. some earbuds really don´t filter anything in that mode, just pure cellular phone calls. Differentiator is ENC instead ANC.
Hi, can you please explain what you mean by “Good review so far thanks to GPT-4”? I haven’t tested them with zoom/webex/teams. Zoom, which we use a lot at work has its own noise cancelling filters no matter what microphones you use.

Perhaps GPT hallucinated saying those have ENC but I confirmed NOT. I still looking for a good in-ear stemmed with ENC feature, Jabra is stem-less and loses a lot from the ear.

I read most of the reviews and a lot of them say the app is quite useless, anyway so... as long as you can connect to the phone's Bluetooth you are probably already getting the most out of your earbuds :)

Hi guys, i own Soundcore p3 life already and i can say that its sound is good but the ANC is not that much good , also there is something annoyed me that its case it very easy to get scratches , I just bought it since 3 weeks ago and its seems very old even though I keep it in my pocket away from the my keys , I believe I can try capsuls 3 pro especially its price is affordable

Hello I bought after ı watch these review. ı bought for 40 dolars and it is amazing according the price look premium and stylish. I would have bought for even 55 maybe 60 dolar. I bought mostly for microphone performance. mic is very solid. If you think other mid range and high end headphones are better maybe yes however according the price these headphones are killer. It has great specs in all. I am quite satisfied and i recomend all my friend which use cheap ones. With little bit effort you get one high level for 40 dolar. No need to buy airpod after this headphone.

IMHO these put Life P3 away. The sound signature is a lot better. More sophisticated, detailed, MUCH better mids. If you listen to the same songs on Life P3 right after these you feel like so much is missing in the music.

i just received the opera 5 that i like very much. Bought them on kickstarter. The number of transducers let me think that the sound should be more detailed on operas that on the capsule.
This being said, i think that you exaggerate the importance of being able to reach the previous track. It's something that i never make even with earbuds that allow it. I am 67, in my whole life, apart from a small period when my player was bugged and skipped tracks, i maybe asked the previous track maybe 20 times.
So i think that reducing the rating of the earbuds because of the lack of this function is not relevant.

Like - for example - sound quality is the most important to me but... a lot of people listen to podcasts only and make phone calls. Another person will not use earbuds if they find them uncomfortable - no matter how good they sound... so I try to take everything that may matter to people into consideration.
@@thepolishpotato42 i buy earbuds first for the sound quality, secondly for the quality of the anc because if I happen to be in a noisy environment, i want to be able to hear them. Also for the quality of their wind protection for the same reason.
Also for their price. I fix a budget limit to 100€ . And finally, i have unfortunately 2 other criteria: i happen to have a very sensitive skin, and some earbuds hurt my ears skin to the point that I cannot wear them whatever I do. Don't know where it comes from, and also the facility to drop them.
For this topic, i found very nice and cheap accessories that are smooth plastic going around the ear. But in order to use that, you need a stim earbud, and up to now they are not the type to deliver the best sound.
They are now unavailable on Amazon.
Looks like they are so popular the demand was higher then SounPEATS anticipated but they will return, soon!

This earbuds wear detection or not?
They do not. You have to put them back in the case for the song playback to stop.
I have bought this one. It says current is not greater than 1A. But i only have one adapter which is 5V 2A. Can i still use it to charge the case?
You should be fine. The device will most likely use only 1A from your charger.

Correct. They sound awesome but there are earbuds out there with broader sound stage, better instrument separation, more detailed highs (like for example the amazing Technics AZ80) so if you rate Capsule 3 Pro at 10 the Technics would have to be 12 :)
