Is there anything specifically about becoming a CBA that you would like answered?
+Balloon Market Is it true that you have to work for another CBA in order to become one yourself? I have reached out to several CBAs in my area to introduce myself and possibly offer assistance with large jobs but haven't gotten a reply. I would hate to spend the money for the disks and tests only to not be able to complete certification due to this one requirement.

Hi there, Mark used 5" balloons, which are downsized, and then rounded off, this can just be to whatever size you believe looks good!

The base is a Lomey Pole and Base and yes we do sell them!

All you need to do is glue the base to the pole using Lomey adhesive, and leave it to set overnight.
