Candy striping is a technique that can increase the value of your balloon decorations and might even decrease your costs at the same time! Hi Tanya, normally you would yes. We just didn't here to avoid faffing around on camera!
It's easier to do this before you attach your balloons to the pole.
what size of money dish and stand are you using for this design?

Yes you could use 260Qs and 350Qs using the same technique!
