I really encourage you to try using your kitchen aid mixer for making cookies, it would make the job so much easier for you. Especially when you are making more than 1 batch of cookies.
Christie here. Sharla struggles with change! 🤣 She likes to use it for making playdough. Honestly I probably use her KitchenAid more than she does. 🤷♀️
I understand about being short and the Kitchen aid being big and heavy. I also only use it once in awhile, but for me that is baking day. I make multiple recipes (cookies, brownies, cakes) with the mixer and then it goes back in the cupboard for another couple of months. And of course I freeze my treats, both the dough and already baked. I love rhubarb but it doesn’t grow around here. Something I miss living in the desert.
your kids play hockey ? My grandsons are hockey players . Bragging a little , really great hockey players . 14 and 12 yrs old . My daughter here in pa is actually hosting 4 billet kids next Tuesday for 4 days . My grandson stayed last year in Canada with a billet family for a week . Lots of fun . Top teams in USA right now . Youngest grandson is 1st in goals in 19 teams .. my sons also played when they were younger . We love hockey
