They're paying him. TNT signed him to a contract pretty quick since he's probably been one of the better, if not the best player-analyst they've had on rotation as a guest. He's actually good on the show. As an analyst, he's probably better than Kenny, Charles and for damn sure, Shaq lol. Definitely not as sensitive as Shaq is either Lol.
