- So on the recommendation of our Doktora, we wanted to cook something with malunggay. She said it's good for lactation in pregnant/recently given birth women, and it's perfect because it's such a common ingredient for Filipino food. To get Mamang her malunggay dose for the day, we took one of Papang's favorite dishes, Vinakol, and added malunggay as the leafy greens. It was also the perfect opportunity to use our handy palayok! The result? Happy Pokwang and happy Lee! #PokleeCooking #Chicken #Vinakol

Yes. Malunggay is good for nursing mothers. You can eat it in tinola, ginataang alimasag. Good luck with the baby!! 😊👨🍳🇵🇭

Hi Pokwang, congrats on your baby,....am not a regular viewer ninyo but i do watch your vid once in a while ... i see you still have the bump (baby) you can wear a binder and adjust it lil tightier every day. I did that every time after birthing my 4 kids, i used a wide cloth and safety pins to tighten. Am over 50 and dont have a bulging tummy. God bless!

Konting obserbasyon lang. Di kaya lutuin muna ang papaya kasi matagal yan lumambot, bago ihulog yong malunggay na dapat alisin agad sa kalan para di ma overcook ito. Chao!
