- After a trip to beautiful Vigan, Philippines, Papang brought back a Palayok/Burnay pot for Mamang. It was perfect for cooking up some Chicken Adobo with Coconut milk.
A huge thank you to Sir Fidel Go, his son Bong, and granddaughter Camille, along with everyone at his pottery factory in Vigan. It was an honor to meet them all and they were so nice to us. We are excited to go back soon for a visit! Go visit Vigan as soon as you can. It is such a beautiful city! And who can forget the bagnet and longanissa? #PokleeCooking #Adobo #AdoboSaGata
