i was pulling my hair out with this one as i thought each token had to have their own address and was wondering why i couldnt select a token to receive when it seems the trezor suite automatically assigns them to the correct one...doh. Cheers from UK.

Hi Mike, can I buy and sell Polygon directly from Trezor T? As I know you can trade BTC and ETH directly.

Is it possible to use MATIC network instead of ETHEREUM when sending MATIC to the Trezor Suite?
Thank you for your video it was very helpful. A question I have is: my Matic Polygons are in my Exodus wallet right now. If I send them to my Trezor Suite over the Eth erc20 chain to my added token wallet, will I still be able to see the MATIc balance in my Exodus wallet?

Was the receive address for LINK and MATIC on Trezor Suite exactly the same? When I copy the address, it's exactly the same.
Yes! Any ERC-20 version of a token you deposit to your ETH address will have the same receiving address.

Hi. Can I get in touch with you regarding a trezor issue? How best to get in touch?
I'm hoping you can give me advice!! I linked my Trezor T to exodus and put my crypto in. Now when I connect the Trezor, the send button is deactivated and says I need to connect my Trezor but my Trezor IS connected. I have other accounts, so when I go to Trezor suite, I can see my other standard account (but not my standard account that's linked to exodus). I've tried everything and have looked up videos but can not find what to do. How do I get into my account? I hope you can help me. I'm new at this and a bit panicked lol. Thank you for your time!!
Good morning Christina, so in regards to the account that you linked to your Trezor. When you connect your Trezor device and unlock it can you see the crypto you stored in that wallet? You just can't send from it?
@@RBMCrypto Thank you for responding! Yes, and I can actually see it on exodus when it's connected and unlocked and when it's not connected. But when I connect Trezor, it doesn't recognize that account and makes a new wallet. Then I went to Trezor suite but only my other accounts that aren't linked to exodus show there but not this account that I need access to. I'm afraid to try anything else and lose the only part that I can see on Exodus. Have you heard of this before? I'm hoping my crypto is safe and there is a way to access it. Thank you for your help!!
@@christinaarmour5721 When you initially setup your Trezor device did you create a passphrase to hide your wallet? It sounds like you're accessing a different wallet when you connect your Trezor to Exodus if the balances are disappearing after its unlocked. Also, if you have the private keys for that wallet there shouldn't be any issues with recovering it. I'll do some tinkering around on one of my devices to see if I can recreate that problem. My email is at the bottom of each video description section. If you can email me a small video of what happens when you log in it may be easier for me to see what's going on and see if I can help further. Chat soon

Why is their website showing that Trezor do not support these coins then?
Hello, I made a transfer of my matic tokens from binance to my trezor and put the polygon network for sending, after a long time the tokens have not arrived in my wallet, but I put the address of my wallet in the polygon network and I see my token there, how do I see them in my trezor.
As far as I’m aware. You have to send them via the Ethereum network like I did in the video. I don’t believe Trezor offers native support to polygon yet for their own network as far as I’m aware.

@@jananekerman2580 I did the same thing myself, I sent 10 MATIC as a small test amount over the POLYGON network to my TREZOR. But have to say it is lost now. Did not arrive! Think it should be more obvious what Networks are supported on the TREZOR Suite as a warning! Only ERC20 network is supported for ERC20 Tokens on TREZOR, I guess its obvious to more experienced people :-[
@@jananekerman2580 If you had send a large amount, try to recovery your funds with an online wallet (like metamesk) with you seedphrase. Just be aware that you seedphrase will be exposed on the internet, then you'll have to create another wallet on trezor and transfer you tokens to the new one before for security.
Yes guys, I contacted my exchange help desk and they told me to do the same to recover my coins, as they are not lost but just in limbo somewhere. I recovered it using a meta mask wallet, I just can't remember the steps I used, so find a video on CZcams to help you with this. Interesting though, I have not transferred it from Metamask to my Trezor yet, so I will be careful to not expose my seed address or create a new Eth wallet 🤔 I will have to watch another video to make sure I do this correctly.
it didnt work for me i did all of it but it asked me eth for transaction fee
best thing ever said... when you try to send any small amount of coin out from trezor (1000 coin worth of almost 1000$ ) ''' there is no enough eth to cover the transaction gas fee... wtf??? how expensive is this $h!T ??
Mine doesn't show the money balance? It just shows the amount of tokens, is there a setting im missing?
I have the same situation, balance for Chainlink is there, but no dollar value and it doesn't include it in the Dashboard total either....
friend I sent my matic to another address instead of my Trezor, is there a way to get them back...?
I did a similar thing and had to download Metamask to retrieve it. It's never lost so don't worry. I cant remember the steps as it was a while ago but have a look through CZcams as there are several videos on how to do this. Good luck 👍
Whats not working for me is sending my matic from my Trezor to Binance.. first it was carging me a Fee in ETH.. so i had to buy ETh and deposit it on my trzor just to have for Gas fees.. then i put the Binance wallet address where i wanted it to go to and Trezor allows me to do the transfer and charges me $2 fee to tranfer but the tokens remain on my trezor.. i already tried 3 times and each time it charges the fee but the tokens dont move out of my Trezor.. whats going on!?!?!
So your MATIC is being stored on your Trezor using the Ethereum network so you would need Ethereum in your main wallet to send the transaction to cover the gas fees. You added some Ethereum so that's good 👍
Make sure when you are depositing to Binance you are depositing to your Ethereum Network based MATIC wallet, not the polygon network or your tokens won't arrive correctly. Also make sure you are choosing MATIC as the token you want to send when you're in your Trezor Suite. Outside of that there should be no issues.

Did you withdraw the MATIC on the ethereum chain? And add the token via the contract address?

@@russberg900 hmmm and the withdrawal has confirmed? Can you see the transaction reaching your ethereum wallet address?
@@RBMCrypto coinbase confirmed the transaction, but it did not reach my wallet.

Thanks! I only see a Binance Smart Chain version of Filecoin so technically you could like any other BSC token. If you try, send a small test amount before sending the full amount to make sure it works!
