Me too... 49 this year and still listen to this stuff all the time.. Had some amazing weekends back in the day, was like going on holiday every time we went to raves and clubs.

I was 5 or 6 when most of this came out, and live in the US. Only first discovered this kind of electronic music in the 2000s. Gotta say, the 90-94 era is my favorite for oldskool.
1990-1994 were the best years of rave, and it would be better if my strict dad was out the place and didn't go the north school, I was there it was FUCKING amazing!!!
I left school in 93 in the UK, & guess what I was getting up to?
I was 5 or 6 when most of this came out, and I live in PL - I was raised on this vibe.
I left school in ‘90. Fun times never to be replicated. Parties today are just nothing like the early days. Squat parties were the best! No bouncers, no entry fee, no trouble!

91 - 96 hardcore and jungle was my life. I'm sure many will share these sentiments. Remember in about 91 going thru my radio dial and finding pulse fm, hearing the breakbeats and thinking this is me. Have loved the music ever since.

Yes, bringing it back! I was 15 when most of these tracks dropped and wasn’t quite old enough to start raving, all my older mates were bang on it and I could only listen to all the crazy going on’s and tape packs!

World dance was the best. Think must have gone to 8 or 9 at varying venues but Lydd was the best place. Cueing up for time but worth the wait.
I was 17 in 1992 and heavily into metal - think grunge and Pantera. I regret that now and wish I'd got into this scene :-(

So this randomly came on earlier tonight playing in the background. Get to about 41 mins & I think that piano riff is familiar so start paying more attention. Then I realise its a tune I've been chasing for nearly 25 years after hearing it live streamed on RealPlayer in full mono 28.8k glory. Freestyle DJR - Madness. Just picturing me at 70 with white hair and a beard in an expansive club after time traveling back to the 90s to be a part of the scene and realizing all the other oldtimers I saw when I was a young raver WERE ACTUALLY TIME TRAVELERS.
I was only like 6 or 7 and in the USA when this music came out. But early 90s UK electronic tunes hit the hardest. So much great underground music from that era. Appreciate the upload! 🤛
