Perfect I will be picking this up tomorrow. Thank you
Had one of these for a while banging around in the van and its still going!
Yeah it's a tough light looopy
You light up my life TRZ!!
Lol so cheesy. Funny though 😄
This is a great light. We just had a power outage and this light was great to read by! Now the wife wants one.
That’s awesome! Especially with the ability to move the head like that
Yeah Dan, when it came I figured it was just going to be a boring, one position style light that maybe folded or something. Did know it would be as cool as it is buddy
I have and use it a lot....very handy for sure.....I'd actually like to have another!!!
Great review! 🔵👍🔵
Thanks buddy!
Makita Sub Compact 18 volt drill is 300 grams lighter than DeWalt Atomic. Left DeWalt & love my Makita.
Good review, we've had two of these in our electrical business for about five years now. Great in sub stations, two together helps reduce shadows. Lumens spot on for working on the different colours of cables. Put a 5amp battery in there your good for a full day shift. Our larger lights have come to the end of their life, so looking at the DML 805. (750 lumens)
Seems more of a service light. To light up tights areas under sinks, cars and tight spaces in a construction sight.
I wouldn't be surprised in Japan they have the same light in the rainbow all different colors
Lop good possibility bro
Excellent review citizen! Such a tool would be a great asset for street Judges in Mega City One. We could use them when clearing the city blocks and sending the criminal scum to the iso-cubes.
Great overall review. I am a remodeling contractor and want something to light up a small area inside a house sometime. One time I had to shut off the breaker in a basement to connect a receptacle to the wires and killed the lights temporarily. I am thinking of this or the DML812 LED light. Any thoughts.??
DML812 for the extra light if you can afford it. I have a DML808 and I like it. It's bright enough for me and I love the convenience of swappable batteries.
Dam I miss the show I berly got out of work
All good Moises. A lot more show to come buddy!
Love it, but finding that turn on button is hard as hell to find. Not well-thought-out.
Just one button? So you have to cycle through every setting everytime you use it? If that’s the case it will drive me nuts
Is it water proof
Received mine and first thing I noticed is the brightness is too dim. Why didn't they add stronger leds is questionable.
After been using it for a month I can say it's a good light
240 lumens flood light isn't going to throw far but it'll def give you enough light in an area when you need it.
This light got me through a year of construction no problem until I dropped it 4 feet onto plywood. It's now held together by tape and can't rotate anymore.
That’s about the only thing keeping me from buying this. I’ve had a dewalt one for years and it has been abused. I want to get a Makita or Milwaukee version so I don’t have to bring a separate charger only for the dewalt light
Is this one brushless?
Yep
@@ToolReviewZone Excellent
Napa's BlueFuel Swivel and Tilt Rechargeable 10 LED Work Light is much better, and certainly much brighter than that Makita......nonetheless, good review!
Hey Skylar, I definitely need to check that out. Thanks for the info!
👍 haha Fighter jets 😂
Yeah EJM, I'm having to much fun with this new software bro!
It's huge, heavy, 18v, 4Ah ...... aaaaaaaaaaaand 240 lumen - really? Insanity.
You can buy keychain lights that are brighter at a fraction of the size/weight.
You don't really want a lot of lumens for a work light. Light reflecting off an engine block or something similar would not be useful.
@@bozscaggzz7475 yes but 240 is tooo small.... minimum 500 lumens... better between 800 to 1200 range
What a messy garage 🤣
Yep
