I went to your site to buy the machine, it says USA voltage, but I need a 220-240V one. Is the machine also able to work with this voltage if I used an outlet converter?

How much is the voltage for the gun? I bought one and I’m afraid if I plug it in my counties electricity it’ll get ruined
is that just regular felt fabric?

it depends on what brand and where you get it and how many colors you use but it usually costs $10 to $30 dollars

Rugs are like carpet but to only cover some area of the floor. It even can be used in front of your door as it looks nice and people will have nice carpet to step on when they remove their footwear outside your house. Have a nice day.

I placed an order January 10th and haven’t had any updates... there is no way to contact you on your website.... when should I see my shipment?
Im having the same issue. Impossible to get ahold of them. I commented on here a few days ago about how I couldn’t get ahold of them and they deleted my comment and never responded to it or my emails 👎🏻 very frustrating
I finally got a message back and they claims it will be shipped before two months what a joke I’m at two months
I just got my rug gun and it doesn’t even work I can’t even switch out the blade to loop pipe because the screw is so tight. Spent a lot of money for a faulty gun very upset

Hey there i messaged you a month ago looking to see when I will receive the rug gun. You told me takes about a month an a half to two months. I see its getting close to the 2nd month I just wanna knw for sure cause my son saved up the month get into what u do he loves it and his birthday it March 11th. Can I get more info

i saw someone roll them up tie them with twine roll a sheet of tissue paper ad put it inside a large shipping tube. seemed to look like it would be okay

I just got my rug gun from him and the trigger gets stuck. It’s difficult to get it going and doesn’t allow me to start on a rug also a black burnt smelling liquid comes out, i’ve emailed about shipping and i got no reply let’s see if i get a reply on this cause then this isn’t a good purchase in the end.
I’m so sorry to hear that. We will get back to you via email this week. That black liquid is normal oil from your Rug Gun. As for the trigger being stuck I’m not what it can be but we will replace it with a new one for you
