My first Cactii haul 🌵 quirky & naughty cactii 🌿 cozy nursery finds 🎋

I seem to have caught the cactus bug :)) I am suddenly so into them. It started with the pop culture fascination for Myrtillocactus geometrizans Fukurokuryuzinboku and Blue Myrtle. I wasn't ever into cactus but now that I have these 5, I think I already want to start searching and adding more to my collection of houseplants. I don't know much about them yet but just that you don't need to really water them much 🙈 Hope you enjoy this video. I felt I could have shot this better and shown the cactii in a more aesthetic way, but its just casual :)
For some reason, I am excited about this haul then I thought I would be 🌵🌿

Glad to see you venture in this category. These are so hardy and low maintenance, you'll love them. Do give them good amount of bright light, otherwise they'll etiolate. The booby cactus seems to have done that. Treat scales as soon as you can before they spread. they are like the spider mites of cactii. They'll drain out and kill the cactus pretty quickly!

Cactus use cam photosynthesis so most of their growing is at night when their stomata opens … the evolution of these plants is so interesting to me…… I’m obsessed with these plants now

In general i consider cacti as outdoor plants/desert plants and this is how i grow them
