Very professional and interesting observations by Hon'ble judges. The experience of judges in US are universal and can be used/ should be used everywhere where Rule of Law is present ,particularly in democracies. Thanks from India.

Regarding a personal injury lawsuit, as a Plaintiff do you get to meet the mediator? Do all parties meet to discuss a resolution? Is there a cost to the Plaintiff if there is no progress made?

The reason judges want to get rid of pro se is because /he ones that are good at it will suit the judge and lawers will not.

Actively involved in the case. This makes them corrupt. That is not their job. How the hell can you waist the courts time. This is all bs.
