There is still a very good chance he loses this trial because it only takes 1 jury member to believe her. The jury can't see the public reaction to this either. But I don't think that was Johnny's intention anyway. He doesn't care about "winning" or sueing amber, he just wanted everyone to see what a nut job Amber was so he could be vindicated. And in that regard he has already won.

The jury has to decide unanimously that she intentionally caused him to lose jobs and his career when she published that op ed...I'm praying the jury sides with Johnny BUT I really don't think that was his main intent in going through with this and having it publicisized.
