They've also started to get so curious of the Culture of Igorots cuz of these beautiful Igorot performers. I'm so much proud Igorot. Thanks for this beautiful music compositions. We are more connected to life experiences of Christ. In Christ we all sing for his grace. Na-amaze talaga ako noong mapakinggan ang mga songs ng Cordillera Songbirds, parang imported songs pati mga boses ng mga singer, mapalalaki man o babae, sobra talaga akong bless sa musical arrangement lalong-lalo na sa mga lyrics. AMEN, Brother James Baker. I just ran across these 2 young ladies last night. I started listening to them. They both are Good. But, the younger ones voice is Amazing. These 2 Beautiful young ;ladies are Awesome. Their voices are So Pure. I think they sound like 2 Angels. I grew up in a Good Christian home. My Dad was a Pastor of a little Country Church & Believed in Praising the Good Lord. We had a family Gospel group. My Dad & Mom, five sisters & 1 brother. These 2 young ladies sounded alot like my sisters. They brought tears to my eyes. They reminded me of Our group.We lost our Dad several yrs ago to Brain cancer. He was only 58 yrs old & he looked like a picture of health. But, he was ate up with brain cancer. I'm not just saying this because he was my Dad? But, anyone who knew him will tell you the same thing. In our home. God came First & foremost in everything. Then, his family & then his friends. And in that order. But, to have known him was an Honor in itself. But, to have been able to coll him My Dad. That ws a "True Gift from God"! He walked the walk & he talked the talk. He was the Same man on Mon or Tues as he was when you saw him in Church on Weds or Sundays or any other day. He was just a Very Special man, Dad & friend. He was a Father figure to so many people. Dad used to always say that "When he got toHeaven. There were 3 things he wanted to do his First day there. #1 of course was to See & talk to JESUS. #2 Was to find his Mama & give her a great big hug & a kiss. #3. He said that Then he was gonna go & find Noah & ask him "How in the world did he build that ARK without Any power tools? Lol..IF, you don't believe me? Just go to my FB page & ask about ANY of my Friends IF they knew "Jackie "Jack" Powers & ask them "What kind of a man was he"? Mom had 9 brothers. All of them had the Upmost Respect for Dad. Almost everyone of them Loved Dad. We didn't have much as far as material things? But, We SURE had ALOTT of LOVE in our Home. I cannot remember a time when we sat down to eat that Dad didn't say a Prayer &give Thanks to the Good Lord!! Take Care & God Bless!!
