First BPO company ko rin ang VXI Bridgetowne di ko inaasahan na matatanggap ako sa interview noon hahaha di naman kasi ako magaling sa English tapos hindi rin ako nakapag mock call ng maayos pero ngayon 3 months na ako sa company. Totoo yan baby treatment ang VXI sa mga agent halos gawin ko na ngang bahay yung kompanya doon na ako natutulog ang layo ng byahe from Antipolo pa ako. Unli coffee unli shower din. Nung interview nga hindi ko naman alam kung anong account mapupunta saken basta alam ko lang English account yon hahaha nagbigay din naman sila ng heads up na toxic account mapupunta saken kasi Telco-Sales. Pero nung nasa loob na ako narealize kong hindi naman ganon ka-toxic yung account siguro dahil na rin sa mga taong nakakasama ko. Magaan yung environment super friendly ng mga tao kaya masasabi kong maganda yung first BPO experience ko kasi nasa tamang company ako

@@anapham4724 marunong po ako mag English syempre pero basic English lang hindi ako fluent nags-stutter pa nga ako nung initial interview tapos nung final interview na, pinayagan ako ng interviewer na mag-taglish. Kapag first timer ka naman sa BPO bibigyan ka ng consideration. Super legit sya beb try mo mag apply para maexperience mo. Three months palang ako nung nagcomment ako dito, regular employee na ako ngayon.

Love your videos bro! Reminds me of the times when I was applying way back in 2012. Interviews are really nerve wracking, but it was all worth it. A lot of people really underestimates call center agents like us. They don't know the hard work and discipline you need to have to land the job. Kudos to you and more success to your channel!

Mula noong sinusunod ko na mga turo mo nakakapasa na ako. Dati lagi po ako bagsak.. initial pa lang waley na. Kaya sobrang maraming salamat po kuya reneboy! Everytime I watch to kuya Reneboy's vlog I don't skip ads . Salamat po dahil naging scholar din po ako sa inyo sa #BoldmindsAcademy last year Nung nasa Province pa ako. Pero ngayon andito na ako sa Manila nakipagsapalaran. marami akong inapplyan .. marami pala ditong hiring sa Manila then finally, Sa VXI din po ako na hired legit 1 day process lang JO po agad na shocked pa po ako Hanggang ngayon tas ang bait pa Nung nag interview sakin nung initial and final interview pero, Sa May pa daw kami mag start. Good luck to my Journey! hehe sana makaya ko ito kase newbie pa Naman ako.
Bumabangon po ako of course para sa family ko na nasa province. I sacrificed myself para pumunta dito kahit parang ayaw nila akong payagan papunta dito. 😢 my reason kaya ako pumunta dito is gusto ko po talaga makalabas din sa comfort zone ko.

Before ako mag-apply sa VXI Bridgetown (first bpo work ko), Pinapanood ko talaga videos mo kuya reneboy, lalo na mga tips mo, ito nako ngayon, 8 months na sa same site, top referral ng month of February sa site na yan. hello i already passed and hired for the at&t account thru concentrix, well masasabi ko na sobrang hirap talaga ng test and assestment as in diko rin inexpect na makakapasa ako, overall despite sa mga naririnig ko na mahirap daw ang telco accounts, well for me i will take it as a motivation and challenge, i will boost my all for this, im willing to give everything i can for this account☺️

I do have an experience in Telco at&t. In my previous company TP. And yes this account is really challenging but just a piece of advice I think you just need to more knowledgeable and focused on tools for this account. gud luck you can make it enjoy your journey.

I’ve been with AT&T for quite some time and the most important things to focus with are your tools and CCKM (that will serve as your google and it is at&t bible as those tenured agents saying 😂) don’t get intimidated to an irate cx just let them vent and you should pacify the situation first. Always remember that they are not mad at you they’re just frustrated with the service they can’t see you after all haha

First time ko mag apply ng cc and luckily I got passed. Then sa 15 start na ng training ko, superrr kinakabahan ako pero kakayanin! Madami din akong naging close na mga applicants kasi sobrang babait nila❤️and yung iba naging friend ko na talaga haha. ❤

Pagkakaakala ko Po n sa call center ay walang discrimination pero bakit Ng apply aq today pero I never had a chance to be interviewed Po KC because Po my educational background..Ng college Po aq Ng 1 year lng at since I'm 35 years old na eh old curriculum Po aq...Sabi Po Ng interviewer I need to have at least 1 yr experience sa BPO industry bago makapag apply sa kanila..so I am very disappointed..d pla totoo na walang discrimination sa BPO

Jusko kua reneboy yung sa North Edsa VXI ang taas ng Standard Pre Screening interview niligwak agad ako tas antagal pa kame pinag antay 10AM kame dumating tas nag assessment tas mga 11AM tapos na tas na Pre Screening Interview kame ng 2pm inangyan wala naman ako nasabi panget xD baduyy ng experience ko ng pag apply dyan sa VXI nd pa friendly mga tao dyan sa VXI nagsayang lng ako ng oras after a week trinay ko sa Concentrix Shaw tanggap ako agad neto Monday lang
