ang nakaka asar lang minsan sa mga bpo companies. pag hiring sasabihin nila newbies o yung mga wala pang experience sa pagcacallcenter eh welcome to apply, kahit basic english lang kasi may training naman kahit papano. pero kung andun na ipaparamdam talaga sayo na prefered talaga nila yung may experience na.

5 mos. na akong walang work at 6 na beses akong bumabagsak sa mga job interviews kahit na meron akong BPO work experience.
Marahil dahil sa pressure mula sa aking nanay na dapat raw nakatutok lang ako sa job hunting at pagrereview para sa interview. Dahil doon, nakakaramdam ako ng burn out kaya palagi akong bumabagsak.
The last feedback na sinabi sa akin ng HR na halatadong scripted ang mga sagot ko at kapag kinabisado, lalong magugulo ang aking organization thoughts na pwedeng humantong sa irate customers.
Big help ang mga videos mo. When I heard about the red flags, it really hit me a lot. I realized na mali pala ang mga ginagawa ko.

Though my english communication is not as good as you Kuya Reneboy but I will make sure na magiging tulad mo rin ako. Since elementary po call center na talaga ang dream job ko kasi alam ko talaga na malaki ang sahod at alam ko din po walang magpapaaral saakin. Gusto k0 po maging call center kasi I know this industry will help me grow and go out side from my comfort zone.

i've been watching your videos since june kuya reneboy.gustong-gusto ko din po makapasok sa bpo induatry, im a college graduate and also a board passer but nahihirapan po ako maghanap ng work dahil takot ako sa interviews, and kulanh din sa confidence. naiinis na din po ako sa sarili ko kung bakit ganito ako, nagta-try naman po akong i-improve yung sarili ko pero parang walang nangyayari. i feel helpless. ngayon po, nag-enroll ako sa call centwr training under tesda para atleast ma-improve ko yung sarili ko pati na rin yung communication skills ko, and gusto ko din magka-idea kung ano nga ba ang trabaho o buhay sa call center.

Hi Master, 1st time mag apply last week sa isang bpo company. Kahit di pa ako sure and totally prepared nag apply po ako onsite. Objective ko lang po nun is ma break yun boundary at comfort zone ko at the same time atleast alam ko na yung dapat kong gagawin nextime at dapat eh.improve .. Matagal ko na pinapanood yung mga video nyo pero di lang ako makapaglaan ng magandang oras sa mag prepare kasi trabaho.. Malaki tulong nitong video na to 🔥

Lack of preparedness po talaga ako kaya 5 rejections na ko 😆. hindi po ako aware na kailangan ng review review kasi naoverwhelmed ako sa tito ko na just be yourself at wala daw masyadong tinatanong😂 panahon pa yata ni kopong kopong ang mga advices niya sakin, di naman po ako sad however itong last rejection ko napaiyak ako kasi wala akong idea sa mock call na on the spot sa final interview. 😭 i felt a shamed kasi mataas expectations sakin nung nagrefer sakin and also sa sarili ko. Hi kuya reneboy, Salamat po sa mga videos nyo, Marami akong natutunan, kaya gusto kong magapply sa BPO company, dahil gusto kopo ma improve ung sarili ko sa larangan nang pageenglish at gusto kodin pong makapasok sa industry nang Customer services field dahil alam kong mas madami akong matutunan hind lang sa language kondi paano magkaroon nang the best solution sa lahat nang problema at ma enhanced kopo ung ability ko us a person, , naway soon ako naman po ung magthanthankyou sainyo kuya reneboy , dahil nakapasa ako.
4 months na hindi natatanggap 😢. Pinanghihinaan na ng loob pero kakayanin dahil ito ang gustong trabaho. Gusto ko sa BPO kuya Reneboy dahil ito lang yung trabaho na walang discrimination pagdating sa physical appearance. Honestly speaking I want to work in a call center because I want to make money just to help my family in province. And also I want to boost my self confidence and knowledge in a way to speak English in a way dealing people.
To be honest po.. It's hard for me to work especially in bpo industry because i am still studying but i do not have choice but to work to be able to support my needs everyday and for school expenses... Actually I'm just planning first because I'm still preparing myself to that which is going to appy.. But i hope that i can face my fear and nervous when I'm actually in that situation which is going to take an interview 😥

Alam kng makatutulong talaga ang pag a-apply ko sa call center agent sa aking pag-aaral lalo na sa aking pamilya para mabigyan ko ang sarili ko nang allowance, tution fee sa pag-aaral ko at tsaka para matulungan ko sng pamilya ko sa babayarin sa bahay kahit sa maliit na halaga may maibigay ako pabg konsumo. Naniniwala akong ang pagiging call center agent ay makakatulng sa akin maiahon ko ang aking pamiya sa kahirapan lalo nat working student ako at 50% lng scholarship ko so kulang na kulang. Kaya magtatrabaho ako habang mag-aaral.

Ayoko maririnig yung nag tatag sila ng tao na college grad naman pero call center ang work. Hi kuya Reneboy I want to apply in a BPO company.Im interested to be a call center agent but I had no experience at all about this platform.Ive search your contents and it shows good tips to open my mind to go for it as a beginner. I been working in a wig factory for about 13 years it clings to my head that the call center offers much higher salary to support my family and the needs of my students.At my age of 42 I think it's not too late for me to explore another challenges and enhance my ability. Hi Kuya Rene boy I did apply the Company yesterday,but I fail may part na score ako mababa sa Harver exam...pero thank God kasi yung mismo na Harver exam na kung saan ako nag fail nag send ang company sa Gmail ko na pag aralan uli para mag re take ng exam.Akala ko wala ng pag asa but God is good all the time.

Gustong-gusto ko talagang maging call center agent, dahil gusto kong makatulong sa customer na may concern sa tulong ng company na mauugnayan ko. Pinapanood ko palagi mga past video mo saka sa Metacom saka hinahanda ko na rin mga out of the box question. Kaya habang nag-aaplay ako, hinahanda ko ang sarili ko sa under pressure, nagsasanay ako ng English grammar. Saka laman ng gallery ko puro screenshots na ng mga hired question galing sa video mo Reneboy.

If fresher ka naman i suggest wag ka masyado mag focus sa mga out of the box questions. dapat mag focus ka kung paano mo maibebenta yung sarili mo sa interviewer at more on behavioral, situational yung itatanong sayo during the interview. na hired din ako dahil sa panonood lang kay kuya reneboy. kayang kaya niyo yan! good luck guys
