- What a special little place we have here. Westy Acres is a privately owned disc golf course in Greenfield, MA where everyone is welcome to come enjoy the grounds. Multiple layouts and a well designed, fun track awaits! This course has a really fun mixture of technical shots, power shots, placement shots and ace runs! Definitely a bit of hidden gem.

Westy is an amazing course with even better owners! The course is truly a labor of love for Disc Golf.
19:43 I didnât know Simon was this dirty đČđ„¶
The way simon talks through everyone's throws and putts. He plays dirty for sure đ
First time Simon isnât throwing a piece of aluminum or some chopped up disc in like 2 months đ
Simon could throw a wrench, and you know we're all still going to watch and love it.
@@derrickquintal Definitely
@@derrickquintalabsolutely
â@@derrickquintalquite indubitably sir
@@derrickquintal If you can throw a wrench, you can throw a disc
Westy is my favorite course and community in disc golf. Truly a special place.
Zack seems like a really cool dude. You should have him on the channel more often.
When I saw your video come through with the title "... golf through power-lines", I thought to myself: "Wow. Sounds similar to Westy Acres." And it IS Westy! Love this course - I'm a local and we come here alot. Westy Acres is highly recommended!
â„
Simon doesn't get at least 1 ace in a round.
Simon: "I don't know what's going on with aces."
Poor Simon. I remember one video where he lamented how he hadn't aced in a month. A whole month?! You poor thing.
@@cwm180 lol!
Westy is one of my favorite courses. Such a great property.
"How do you miss that putt??"
Usually with a beer in my hand, looking like a dork! Thanks for asking Simon!
Westy Acres is the bomb! One of the best courses in New England.
I remember leaving a comment on the vlog when Simon played NEDGC in Southwick a year or two ago, to consider playing at Westy Acres, my favorite local course. And it looks like you took my advice!
There is nothing like watching one of the best players in the world play that course that youâve played so many times, you can close your eyes and play it in your head. Not only to feel your jaw drop when Simon just crushes a perfect drive, knowing how meager your own efforts are by comparison but also to watch him hit the same tree you have. đ Thank you Simon, you made a long-held dream come true.
You ever get to Norbrook on the CT side? It's right down the road from NEDGC. I want to see Simon there
We are going and playing Louisa lake today at 2pm thanks to Simon. đ now weâve got another course to put on the New England bucket list.
Hit Tully Lake while you are there.
This course is something special, so glad you made it out here!
Love Weaty, and the course looks even better in person, with the elevation changes and water.
Ok. Hot take: Simon is the GOAT. Not only are his skills top notch but.. his personality, his humbleness, and his ability to give us the BEST disc golf content is something we can cherish forever. Oxford comma included
I'll have to agree. Came from Paul's videos and Simon is just so much more relatable.
Not a hot take. Oh where do I beginâŠ
I was a fan until he wore a mask in a thumbnail. Now there's a hot take
The shot of the day and nature appreciation moments are so wholesome, great idea.
Simon, listen, that was a great round of golf. We never know what wonders our next round holds! You and Zack had great chemistry and really made watching you guys very enjoyable, amazing shots, Zach's putting was ridiculous. You were talking about getting overheated when it's not that hot out. LOL, I wonder why? I hope you guys make another video ! Loved it đ€
i played here on a vaction a few years ago, loved it and was thrilled that the owners were willing to mail a few lost discs back to me.
This course looks amazing! Glad a new Simon video is out!
Absolutely love this course. Fortunate enough to have got to play it last month and canât wait to get back there.
Beauty of disc golf is you can use some space on what may otherwise be considered not ideal for outdoor activities-like giant powerlines-and use it in a pretty cool way.
bro ur so funny w the nature appreciation moment đ so wholesome
Such a fantastic course. Fantastic team challenge hosts!
Really pretty course.
Such a great course!!
This place is amazing, wow!!! Great Course!!
lmaoooo âweâre tiedâŠgotta pull out the tricksđâ
đđđđ
I love this course i think we making the 3 hr trip down next weekend to play
Yasss Westy Acres!!! Favorite course when I was working up in VT
You think it's bad there? Come back to Tucson... Really nice course, you souls that have this for a home course are blessed.
The howl that Zach let out on hole 15 when he missed the put was actually quite impressive, musically đ
Great to see you can miss a putt once in a while like us mere mortals!! Love the channel!
Beautiful shot on 16 Zach
Iâm all for the inclusion of natural features too đ at the Redwood Curtain here in California, hole 2âs teepad is actually up on top of a GIANT redwood stump, itâs so cool
That's badass!
The nature appreciation moment was a Wood Turtle
Can We please Get a In the bag soon Simon?!!
man he played great. I canât imagine playing on the blog!
Love your vids man! Keep uploading!
Man this place looks just like it was right here in Sweden!
I wish you were doing commentary for the Swedish open
Played Northwood Black yesterday. I know that melty feeling so well at 87 degrees.
Love seeing my favorite hole on the course getting absolutely crushed
Nice looking course
This course reminds me of Meyer Broadway in Michigan. It's an old world's course from 2006? I think.
Servus ^^ immer wieder schön wenn ein Video kommt :D
Thnanks!
Simon, you should get mvp to do their own mystery box of sorts. I know once in a while they have something, but they should offer different boxes . I would rather buy something like that from mvp then discmania.
Little did we know⊠simon missed that putt for eagle đ
The matching shirts throws me off every once in a while.
You deserved that bad drive on 18 after what you said to him putting on 17 đ
That's a wood turtle, they are on the endangered species list I'm pretty sure. Really cool that you got to see one! Nice round guys!
Just got my hands on a proxy and holy crap! Itâs amazing
Super nice guy and an awesome player!
The Trail looks like such an amazing disc. I'm sad I missed the opportunity to grab a prototype one on MVP when they dropped them. Conrad looks to have a winner with that one.
I cannot believe that that 600 ft ace video was 5 years ago. Holy crap
I feel your pain on aces, haha i have been playing for about 10 months. I haven't got an ace yet, a few throw ins from 180 ft. One was about 200. Today, i had 3 shots on different holes that hit cage but still no ace lol
I know it's downhill but those putts from the tee...insane.
Amazing course, If you are ever in the Northern Illinois Area, there is disc golf 'complex' has 3 courses. It is popular among the area, Anna Page South is the hardest and most wooded of them all. Would suggest if you are able to, as well as the blues for both Anna Page West and Anna Page East.
That Gyropalooza Hex has quickly become my favorite mid to throw.
Would love to see you shred Cedar Swamp in Old Saybrook, CT (the highest rated public course in the state).
Any ... "small people" that want to play. Bring a step ladder and you can play 90% of courses that aren't too bumpy. You can do oooo it shout out to westy great course
đplayer b had me rollin
Simon go vacation somewhere hot so you get used to it.. I grew up in cali.. commiefornia so I'm used to heat, I think it will help you game and you can have a fun time if you choose to do so it's up to you Mr I don't quit
Simon's face when he hears "sponsored by lumber dogs": đź
Im a lefty! If your ever coming through PA iâll meet ya at Faylor đ€đŒđ»đ
I dream of the day that I can feel confused when I am not getting an Ace. Here at 8-9 years played with no Ace..
Veery's might have one of my favorite bird songs of all time
Refreshing to see a south paw
Todd Park course in Austin MN is alot of Fun

12:52 .. Disc Golf's most tragic offense. Nice save simon.. so sooo so close..
Finally a lefty!!
don't worry we're melting in florida too
Big fan Simon love your videos! Who made your intro video? I would love to give them some work. Thanks
A friend of mine is building a full 18 hole on his property (near KC) with the dream of it being a high level course. Itâs been in for about a year so itâs fully playable, just continuing to tweak and perfect. It has a triple mando like this course does with power lines. If you ever find yourself in the KC area he would love to have to check it out and you would be free to make a video of course.
I think this is one of his least favorite places to play due to wind and bugs (his 2 nemeses)
Damn⊠I donât feel entitled enough to act like I deserve a direct line to him or anything but itâs on private property so itâs maintained and decently wooded for a lot of the course so it wouldnât be too bad on those notes. There is another course out here thatâs a little out of the way called foxtail farms I believe thatâs similar with a private owner and a very nice course so on⊠maybe some day. It would be cool to see the people that worked their tails off on those courses have a proper review and feedback on their work, ya know?
@@michaelhudson2867 For sure! I'm rooting for you and those people
15:55 this has been me for 10 years.
Come play tower ridge again
This guy sounds like Paul Rudd in Anchorman
420 grow amazing
What was the disc Simon threw when he said he "loves how that disc flys."
So curious in what you tell yourself while your putting. Like what are the thoughts that run through you head
When are you gonna play the marthas vineyard course
âPlayer B!â Greatest Disc Golfer in the world!
Not that far to go, considering how far around the country he travels for tournament play. I travel regularly 1 up to 2.5 hours to play the many great courses within this range of my home.
Tjat turtle is a Terrip

I love vibes. This video is awesome. Watched every minute. Appreciate all you do for the disc golf community. Hope all keeps going well! I really think I could really help you, Simon. I am putting together a well thought out plan and message in instagram to send to you. Keep Booming Them Discs! -Alex Cochrane
