    Very nice employer. Mine backstabbed me. All happy happy and 3 days later termination all because I raised my legal rights and they got scared. :(

    Interesting-Didn't know about this-Still could happen for Me as I am still Employed and am taking my Employer to an Employment Tribunal end of September 2023

    Is it not best to reject any offer.. Then if you are dismissed there would be an victimisation unfair dismissal case on top of the harassment case.
