Elders Room and Eden Lightning Area | OOB solo | Sky cotl

Sky cotl: Vault elder, Elders room and Eden's lightning area; these are the best oob areas in Vault of knowledge. What restricting me from visiting these oob places was I need help from a friend who can piggyback with me.
After several attempts, finally found the trick. Now i can do it solo. Here is how to visit all three locations alone. (this trick is working in 2021)

Actually you don't need to find the exact spot, just try the Chibi fall on the edge, watch the video 6:29
