A little about me and this channel:
My name is James Aubrey IV and I just recently graduated college from Iowa State University. After college I decided to take a leap of faith. So I moved to San Diego California to pursue my passion for videography/ CZcams. Overall I'm a pretty chill person, outside of CZcams I like to longboard, dance, play video games, lift weights and hangout with my friends. I know that success on CZcams won't happen overnight but I'm willing to stay patient and put in the work to try to prefect my craft daily. This CZcams channel will be centered around my life after college. You will be able to see all of the ups and downs on my journey to success. What is the Rome Life ? And What does it mean to be apart of it?
Rome Life is something I started during my Sophomore year of high school (one of the worst times in my life) it started off as me documenting my journey to recovery from my shoulder surgery but eventually it turned into a platform that I could use to encourage myself as well as others to chase our dreams.
Rome Life isn't just a saying it's a way of life and for the people who want to be apart of it have to realize that. Rome wasn't built in a day it took a lot of handwork time and most importantly patience. So you can't expect your dreams to be any different

Michael Bolton has alot of amazing songs. IMO he did not get the justice he should have with his singing talent and song writing talent. Please react to many more of his great hits. "Said I love you But I lied", "How am I suppose to live without you", "Soul Provider", "Steel Bars", When I'm Back on my feet again", "Can I touch you....There?". These are just a few of his great songs. I think you will really enjoy many more of his songs!
Soul has no color, ethnicity or nationality. Some people are able to put their heart and soul into their art and some others can't.

In 1991, I was five years old and attended a daycare center in Nashville. One time this older lady who worked there brought her friend to sing for us, he was in town recording music. I didn’t care for it. When I got home our dad asked us who sang for us today. Me: “Some guy named Michael Bolton.”

@John Madden I agree that albm was great. Bolto can sing his bleep off, but when it comes to "When a man loves a woman" Percy is the STANDARD. I think opinions are swayed by age. Most 45 and older would pick Percy on this particular song.

Not to bad mouth Michael Bolton. He is a great singer. A real legend in this time and I admire his tenacity to even think about covering this song. But I can't help comparing his take on this iconic song to the original version by percy sledge. And while he did do his best to put his own mark on this song. For me at least percy's version will always be the best version of this song.
The original Percy Sledge version is timeless.

My Michael Bolton story:
I was dating a girl in the early 90's and she and her mother went to a Michael Bolton concert at a small venue, predominately women.
During one of his emotional, tear jerking ballads mother turned to daughter and exclaims, "I bet there isn't a dry eye in the house?" Daughter replies emphatically, "Dry eyes? I bet there isn't a dry seat in the house!"
For almost 30 years every time I hear or see Bolton I still laugh. Loved that girl.
