    Error
    The data validation rule has more items than the limit of 500. Use the "List from a range" criteria instead.

      You are right!
      But, unfortunately, "List from a range" only accepts ranges present on a current file. It won´t work in this case

    Is there a way for dropdown menus to keep any hyperlinks attached to the aux text being used?

    If I convert the dropdown menu to the a google table, is there a way to automatically format the text background and font colors?
