When we have a full plate (or in this case, cup) and feel overwhelmed, it's important to check in with ourselves and understand what our needs are. It might be helpful to talk to someone or treat ourselves with a break. Spill the Tea combines the two and creates an opportunity for young adults to get to know each other while drinking and "spilling" their "tea". Get ready to drink some tea with us as we relax and discuss through some of the heavier topics in our lives 🧋💛
Relationships with others don’t always go smoothly- misunderstandings, different opinions and other divisive issues can crop up adding strain to our relationships. To confront or not to confront the other party? That is the question we eventually ask ourselves. Either choice presents its own set of challenges that we must overcome.
